Deptford Twp. – The Center for People in Transition will host a “New ‘New’ Beginnings” workshop for people grappling with major life-changing events beginning Monday, April 8 at Gloucester County College.

This free eight-week series will address eroded confidence, diminished self-esteem and lifestyle changes resulting from death, divorce, illness or job loss.

Workshop facilitator Deborah Makos-Trionfo will demonstrate that, although no one can go back and start a new beginning, everyone can start today to make a new ending. Whether rich or broke, loved or lonely, clinging to the past or hoping for a brighter future — whatever an individual’s current reality is — participants will learn that they have the power to change it.

The workshop will meet Monday and Thursday evenings from April 8 until May 2 from 7 to 9 p.m. For more information or to register, please call 856-415-2222 or email peopleintransition@gccnj.edu.

Gloucester County College’s 250-acre campus is located on Tanyard Road in Deptford, just off Exit 56 of Route 55.
