The Strategic Planning Steering Committee is looking for ideas about the future of the college.  A form has been created to provide all stakeholders with an opportunity to participate in the conversation about GCC’s planning priorities.

The strategic planning process will be an inclusive, forward looking examination of the internal and external environment to identify actions and opportunities that would serve as institutional priorities for the next three years.

An important part of the planning process is that the areas identified as the key institutional priorities are feasible and fundable.  Additionally, the resulting plan will include measurable outcomes by which to assess institutional effectiveness.
