Online courses are Internet-based courses where the classroom is the course Website.The course Website contains assignments, the course calendar, and the online equivalent of lecture notes. Some courses have online quizzes and tests.Students participate in online discussions where they interact with other students and the instructor. Students either email their assignments to the instructor or post them to the course Website.
Students will receive a welcome letter from the Division of Instructional Technology shortly after they register for a course and they will receive information from their online course instructor shortly before the course begins.
Successful online studen are self-disciplined and highly motivated.
