1. DSST students contact the LRC Student Success Center with the following information:

   Name
   Social Security Number
   Address
   Telephone Number

   Course Title and Code of Test – This is very important

2. Gloucester County College will contact the DSST Program to order the test(s) for the student.  Students may not order the tests.

   Contact the DSST Group toll free at:        1-877-471-9860

   Give the following information:
                                       Name of Gloucester County College
                                       DSST Code: 8194
                                       Course Title and Code of Test requested

   Test should arrive in 7-10 days.

   Contact the student after the test arrives and set up an appointment date.*

3. Students pay for the tests directly to Thomas Prometric.  Each test costs:  $70.00 as of 7/1/08.  They must be paid by one of the following methods:  certified check, money order (made out to Thomas Prometric), or by credit card (Visa, MC, or AMEX)
   Personal check and cash will not be accepted.

4. Additionally, students must pay a $25.00 Administration Fee per test to be paid by cash, credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover)

5. All testing materials must be returned to the DSST Program by one of the following methods only: UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or Airborne Express. Use of Registered, Certified, or First Class mail is not considered secure or traceable.

*DSST tests can be held for up to 45 days.  (Must be returned after that)
