The Roadrunners went on the road on Wednesday afternoon and picked up a 6-3 win over the Barons from Burlington CC. They picked up 4 runs in the first two innings and led the rest of the way for the win. Soph pitched CJ Huyett got the win. He pitched 7 full innings giving up eight hits and 3 runs while stiking out 3.

Soph Joe Perez scored 2 run and batted in another along with an overall 3-5 performance at the plate. Yoken Castro and Tony Loatman also went 2-4 on the day. Mike Ney picked up the save for GCC.

The home opener for the Roadrunners will take place Friday at 3pm against Monroe College. They will also play at home on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please check the schedule for times and opponents.
