For the first time in school history a tennis program has repeated as the Region XIX Champion. The women outlasted Brookdale CC to win the 2009 tournament with 14 points to Brookdale's 11 points.

| Berry-Addis Team Wins Doubles Championship at ITA Regional Tournament |

The women's tennis team competed over the weekend at the ITA Northest Regional Championships. Soph Amanda Berry and freshman Courtney Addis teamed to win the b flight championship and helped the team to a second place finish overall.

| Women's Tennis Match Halted by Rain |

The women's tennis team was engaged in a tough contest with visiting Harford CC when rain caused the match to be suspended. The Roadrunners led 2-1 at the time and the match will be completed Oct. 14 when GCC visits Harford for a scheduled contest. |
