Thank you for choosing Rowan College at Gloucester County! To begin the enrollment process your first step is to submit an application for admission.  Please complete only one online admissions application, and allow two weeks for processing. If you wish to register for classes prior to receiving your acceptance packet, please come to the Student Services admissions counter and we will verify your application is complete, or call 856-415-2209.

New Students

All first-time applicants, including transfer or visiting (non-matriculating) students, who have not previously taken GCC classes must complete an application for admissions.  If you are a new first-time user to the online application, click APPLY NOW and follow the instructions.  Please note you can start an application and return to it later, but will need to remember your temporary Login ID and PIN to log back in.

If you started part of the application previously and still need to complete it, click CONTINUE APPLICATION and enter the previously established Login ID and PIN.

Returning Students

You do not need to complete an application for admissions IF your last date of attendance was 2002 to present.

If your last date of attendance was prior to 2002, you will need to submit another application for admissions.  Click APPLY NOW and follow the instructions.  Please note you can start an application and return to it later, but will need to remember your temporary Login ID and PIN to log back in.

High School Students

If you are current high school student and would like to register for college classes while still attending high school, DO NOT complete the online application.  You must complete the High School Participation Form.  For more information click here.

High school seniors have the preferred option of participating in the GCC Onsite Admissions program where interested seniors complete a paper application at your high school. Please click here to view a calendar of school recruitment dates. 

Change of Major

If you want to change your major, please speak with an academic advisor.

Change of Personal Information

Do not complete an online application to change your personal information, please proceed to the Student Records page for instructions on how to update your name, address, phone, email, or correct other personal information such as date of birth, social security number. You will need to submit an INFORMATION CHANGE FORM and supply the acceptable documentation. Bring you photo ID for all transactions.
