Q. I am registered for an online course, but it isn't showing up.
A. Online courses are not available to students until the first day of classes for a given term. That means you will not even see your course listed until then. If it is after the first day of classes and your course is still not available, contact eLearning Support by clicking HERE.

Q. When I open a PowerPoint or Word document on eLearning and try to print it, it says that printing is not available in Protected View. What do I do?

Q. I registered late for a course and when I log into eLearning, I don’t see it listed.
A. Once you register for a course, you will not have access to it until the system updates. Updates are run three times a day at 8am, 12pm and 4pm (even on weekends) so you may need to wait until the next update to gain access to the course.

Q. What are the types of eLearning courses?

A. There are three types of eLearning courses:

  • Online course: All course requirements are completed online. Some online instructors may require tests be taken on campus or at an approved testing center.

  • Hybrid course: Fifty to 75% of all class meetings take place on campus in the scheduled classroom. The remaining class sessions of the course are conducted online.

  • Web Enhanced course: The great majority of all class meetings take place on campus in the scheduled classroom. Less than 25% of the course is conducted online.
