British History - Register Now!!
ENG 243: Documents in British History is a general education elective that relies on films, documentaries, art works, music, and short readings to trace the centuries-long struggle of the British people against tyrannical kings and oppressive social institutions. In addition to examining significant historical events, the class will focus on the specific documents which introduced the principles of personal liberty and the rule of law to the world. ENG 243 will meet during the fall semester on M/R from 10:40 to 11:55.
