General Information: Foundation: Upcoming Events
Foundation Golf Classic Once again the Gloucester County College Foundation is sponsoring the Foundation Golf Classic to raise funds for scholarships and other student activities. This year we are hoping the event will be bigger and better than ever. Last year 112 golfers participated in the event and this year our target goal is 124 golfers. The tournament will be hosted at Pitman Country Club in Pitman and will include hole-in-one prizes for each of the par-three holes, and a longest-drive hole. For those of you who have been practicing your short game, there will also be the opportunity to win the use of a car for the first hole-in-one at a designated hole. We will also host an auction at the end of the event featuring great prizes and golf memorabilia. The Gloucester County College Foundation Golf Tournament has raised thousands of dollars for student scholarships, student activities, and college athletics. Without the funds we raise from this event, many of our students would not have the opportunity to fully appreciate the college experience or attend GCC. Your help in raising funds for scholarships is greatly appreciated. Take a day to get out of the office, play golf with friends and have fun all for a good cause. We expect a large turnout this year so get your reservation in as soon as possible.
