Gloucester County College is soliciting Request for Proposals for the below listed Professional Services. Proposals will be received by the date and prevailing times listed, in the Purchasing Office listed in the College Center Building.
- Professional Services – Architectural Services, Thursday, November 19, 2009. 1:00 PM.
- Professional Services – Mechanical Engineering Services, Thursday, November 19, 2009, 5:00 PM.
- Professional Services – Civil Engineering Services, Thursday, November 19, 2009, 1:00 PM.
- Professional Services – Construction Related Legal Services, Thursday, November 19, 2009, 11:00 PM.
Criteria for Award:
- In determining the firm best suited to perform the necessary services for the College, the firm’s experience, reputation, availability of qualified staff as well as the cost will be considered.
- Firm must be properly licensed for public practice.
- Must disclose ant record of substandard work, ethics, infractions or any other violations for which the form has been cited over the past 10 years. If none, please provide a statement to that effect.
- Must meet any specific qualification requirements imposed by the state or local law or rules and regulations.
- Provision of services of the type under construction with a preference for a firm experienced with post-secondary education.
