IT Policy

As of Tuesday, August 17, 2010, when you visit the GCC Website ( and log in to the GCC Portal you will be asked to review and accept the current IT Acceptable Use policies before being able to fully access the Portal.

Please note that these are not new policies, but rather current GCC Administrative Rules & Regulations policies (Policy 2011 - E-mail Acceptable Use & Policy 2013 - Internet Access Acceptable Use).  All users will be asked to review and accept these policies only once a year in an effort to meet Portal security standards and to be in compliance with certain Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) standards.
