Book Vouchers
For students anticipating book vouchers, you must verify with a financial aid representative at the college bookstore before selecting your books.  The first run of book vouchers will be available on 8/26.  Representatives from financial aid will be on hand to verify approved vouchers during regular bookstore hours on 8/26 and 8/27.  A second run of book vouchers will be available at the bookstore on 9/2.

Financial Aid Notice
Some students have expressed concern that classes may be dropped because their financial aid award has not been applied to their fall semester bill. Please be aware that GCC is experiencing a software glitch.  If you are among this group of students, please follow the instructions below.

Please note that if the financial aid award covers the entire tuition, classes will not be dropped. You are responsible for any remaining balance.

We are presently working with our vendor to correct the software problem and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You can be assured that all students deemed eligible for financial aid will receive those awards.

If you still have questions concerning your financial aid award after following the instructions below, please visit the Student Services building and speak to a financial aid associate.

Financial Aid Award Instructions:
To determine if your Financial Aid has been awarded, please do the following:

• Visit the GCC Website (www.gccnj.edu) and log into the GCC Portal.
• Click the Academics tab.
• Click the Financial Aid Awards link within the Financial Aid Awards channel.
