Gloucester County NJ STARS students will continue to shine!  Gloucester County Freeholder Director and New Jersey Senate President Stephen M. Sweeney and Gloucester County College President Dr. Russell A. Davis held a press conference on Monday, April 26, to announce the county’s brightest high-school seniors will continue to receive tuition assistance thanks to a partnership between the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the College and the GCC Foundation.

While the NJ STARS scholarship program remains suspended, the top 15 percent of Gloucester County’s high-school seniors can now rest easy. Through a unified effort, scholarships will be available to county residents meeting the NJ STARS criteria. GCC will be the first college in New Jersey to provide two-years of free tuition and fees. Students must be county residents and attend Gloucester County College.
