Gloucester County College Bill Payment Due Dates

	Summer I 2009:	April 27, 2009
	Summer II 2009:	June 8, 2009
	Fall 2009:	August 5, 2009

If you have already made your payment, thank you! If you have not yet paid for Summer I, please be sure to do so on or before April 27, 2009. We are NOT mailing paper bills for Summer I. If you registered and will not be attending, you must officially drop your classes before the semester begins or you will be held financially responsible.

Semester Bill and Online Bill Payment
Please follow the directions below to access/pay your bill on-line:

1. Sign on to the GCC portal (http://www.gccnj.edu)
2. Click on SS (self-serv) in the top right corner
3. Click on Student and Registration Records
4. Click on Registration
5. Click on Registration Fee Assessment
6. Select the payment type at the bottom of the page to pay on-line by web check or credit card

Payment Plan for Summer and Fall 2009
An on-line, automatic, monthly payment plan is available for each semester: Summer I, Summer II, and Fall. To enroll, select Payment Plan at the bottom of the Registration Fee Assessment page. Payment plan instructions can be found at:

Financial Aid
If you are receiving any type of financial aid for Spring 2009, your aid WILL NOT automatically pay your Summer I bill. It is your responsibility to pay for Summer I by the due date above.

Summer II and Fall Charges
Bills for Summer II and Fall will be mailed once the 09-10 Tuition and Fee schedule is approved by the Board of Trustees. It is your responsibility to pay your bill on time even if you do not receive a bill in the mail
