Access to campus buildings and grounds is a privilege extended to students, faculty members, staff members, and guests. With the exception of Scott Hall and Health Services, which are locked at all times, most campus facilities are normally open when classes are in session, or by special request coordinated with the Departments of Campus Safety and Security and Facilities. When class is not in session or when the campus is officially closed, all buildings are secured and alarmed in which only faculty and staff with proper authorization are allowed access. The general public may attend cultural and recreational events on campus; however access is limited to the facility in which the event is being held.
Authorization for use of the campus grounds for assembly purposes must be obtained in advance from the Office of Student Activities and the Vice President of Operations.
