Check your mailboxes the WEEK of October 28, 2013 for your financial aid refund check!
Fall 2013 financial aid refund checks for most students will be mailed out by October 28, 2013. Refund checks MUST BE MAILED to the student. No refunds can be picked up at the college. Please verify your mailing address is correct on your portal account. All address changes must be made through Student Records in the Student Services Building.
You may check to see if your refund has been processed by viewing your “Term Bill”. If you have a refund charge on your term detail and your account balance is $0, your refund has been processed and is on its way to being printed and mailed.
How to View your Term Bill:
- Log in to the Portal (www.gccnj.edu)
- Click the “Academics” tab.
- Click “Term Bill” link under the “View or Pay my Bill” heading.
