Withdrawal/Financial Aid
Students withdrawing from a course or all courses must
complete an official withdrawal form from the Information Center
in the Student Services building. Financial aid recipients must present the official withdrawal form to the Financial Aid Office for
signature. Federal financial aid recipients are subject to a reduction
of their financial aid if they completely withdraw or stop attending
classes within the 60% period of any given semester. Aid recipients
are responsible for costs related to tuition, fees, and books if their
financial aid is revised or cancelled, if they are deemed ineligible
for aid, or if they have an incomplete file.
Refunds/Financial Aid
Eligible financial aid recipients with credit balances will be mailed
student financial aid refund checks by the GCC Business Office
on or after the 11th week ( 60 % period ) of any given semester.
